EVENT: Public Private Partnership Opportunities in Kazakhstan – an interactive conference call hosted by the Caspian Business Journal
The Caspian Business Journal will be hosting its first Consultant Conference Call on Monday November 23rd with Brien Desilets, Managing Director of Claret Consulting.The CBJ will be hosting a series of Consultant Conference Calls on a monthly basis throughout the year, featuring journal contributors, business owners, expert consultants and leaders of trade and business associations. The calls are designed to provide our audience with additional actionable information on business topics in the region and allow for an interactive and lively discussion.
Brien Desilets, a leading Public Private Partnership project consultant and the author of numerous articles on public/private finance and infrastructure development project management (including in this months issue of the Caspian Business Journal) will lead a discussion on trends and future opportunities in the PPP market in Kazakhstan.
This one- hour conference call will be open to all on a first-come first-served basis. Due to limited space, priority will be given to registered subscribers of the Caspian Business Journal.

Thanks for your interest – that’s great. This will be an open discussion/forum about the PPP market in Kazakhstan. The PPP unit has had several major failures this year, so we intend the discussion to center around what that means moving forward and what changes are needed for projects to be implemented successfully.

I am intereseted in what this will seek to achieve. I am a practitioner in PPP and also chairman of the UK government’s advisory group on PPP.
